What FitPrompt is

FitPrompt puts together a simple workout plan for today in your browser: matched to your time, your place and your equipment. Every exercise shows a figure with start and end.

You do not need an account. FitPrompt is a small private project. Who is responsible is stated in the legal notice.

How the plan is made

The plan is made by fixed rules right in your browser. No AI is involved.

The rules pick suitable exercises from our exercise library and set sets and repetitions. An expert assessment of the rules is still pending.

Your choices are not sent to us or to anyone else. Only your browser stores the sets you tick off, for that day.

Safety

• Train at your own pace. Better start easier and build up slowly.
• If you feel pain: stop. If you have complaints, a pre-existing condition, are pregnant or unsure, check with a doctor before training.
• If you feel dizzy, get chest pressure or shortness of breath: stop at once and get medical help.
• FitPrompt is general information. It is not a substitute for medical or therapeutic advice.

If you like, you can also copy your choices as text for an AI chat. What an AI does with it is out of our hands. Check its suggestions critically.
